We are sorry to say that we will NOT be offering hatching eggs for the 2021 Spring season. 

1 dozen maximum per shipping box (to minimize damage during shipping). You will be charged shipping for each dozen you order.

1. When your order is successfully placed and received, the order status will be “processing”
2. When your name has been added to the waiting list for the breed you ordered (if applicable), your order status will change to “on hold”
3. When your name is NEXT on the list, your order status will change back to “processing” and you will be notified via email
4. When your hatching eggs have shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and should expect your eggs to arrive in approx 2 days

    If there was a tenth star I would have selected it. I was in search of a unique pure blood line to add to Rae Ann Ray Farm. I didn’t have to see the chicken to determine that TLB was on the right track. The color of the eggs directly reflects the time and effort that TLB has put into their flock. You will not find this at a large hatchery. I dare you to search. I reside in North Carolina. TLB shipped these eggs across the country and told me before they did so. I bought 6 FBCM and 6 OE. TLB sent 7 FBCM and 7 OE. I placed them in my incubator after letting them settle as advised by TLB. I had a 100% HATCH RATE!! I was blown away. The only way this happens begins with TLBs knowledge, compassion for their flock and careful handling while packaging the eggs for shipment.

    I bought 6 FBCM and 6 olive egger hatching eggs (They sent 7 of each). They were very carefully packaged and sent, Not a single cracked egg. I Followed their suggestion to let sit for a day and then started incubation. 10 out of 14 hatched, 2 never started developing, and 2 stopped developing during the last week. Overall it’s still a great hatch rate! I think I ended up with 6 roosters though, sad about that, but so goes nature! Healthy babies! I will be ordering again, as I was hoping for at least 4 hens of each breed. TLB has such great advise too! Fallow their Instagram and blog!

    I was searching around for a new marans bloodline for my flock, and have had major trouble finding a good line with both beautiful birds and dark chocolate eggs. Somehow, by God’s grace I found Three Little Black Birds, and I’m so glad I did because the eggs I ordered were stunning.. They looked like they were packaged well enough to fall from a building and not break, and the egg color was just what I was looking for. I ordered a dozen, but received 14, with no breaks or cracks in any of them. 10 out 14 hatched, so I’m giving an A+ on the hatch rate as well. Will be ordering more eggs in the near future, but I can’t thank you enough for being a top notch seller of quality birds. – FAT HEN FARMS

    I ordered Black Copper Maran and olive eggers. 13 out of 14 were beautiful Chicks!! Packaging was the best I have ever seen, as safe as any eggs could possibly be shipped. Highly, highly, highly recommend three little blackbirds! I am looking forward to ordering again 🙂

    We have ordered hatching eggs several times and this is BY FAR our best experience. The eggs were packaged perfectly – it’s clear that they’ve put a lot of time & care into getting everything just right. The air cells were tiny (which means very fresh eggs) and all in the correct position. I love so many things about these eggs – first the eggs are the most gorgeous BCM and Olive Eggs I’ve ever seen, and the fact that they don’t come from big hatchery stock is very important to us. The chickens eat what our hens eat, free of GMO grain & organically grown, and of course good nutrition in the mother is very important for the health of the chicks that hatch. I also love how clearly everything is explained on the website, from the process to the priorities used in selecting breeding stock. It’s also wonderful that Three Little Blackbirds ships to the post office, not direct to our door, so the eggs are not jostled on the delivery truck and left out in the elements, or tossed over the fence (as happened with eggs from another shop that didn’t do this). The box is clearly labeled with the contents and the care that must be taken. Our eggs are still incubating but we’re very confident that it will be a good hatch unless something we do messes it up. We’ll update after the hatch, but cannot recommend these hatching eggs, or Three Little Blackbirds, strongly enough. Thank you!!

    I ordered 6 OE & 6 FBCM, 3 (1 OE & 2 FBCM) out of the dozen hatched but keep in mind they were shipped all the way to California and I’m still a complete newbie at incubating. Overall I’m still very satisfied and will definitely order from TLB again!

    I cannot say enough good things about Three Little Blackbirds. From the very beginning of reading about the process of ordering from them all the way up to receiving my eggs was a fantastic experience. The instructions were clear and easy to understand and they followed through exactly like it says keeping in close contact on when my eggs would arrive. I’ve never seen packaging done as beautifully and carefully as they did. It is clear that much time and effort was put in to keeping the eggs as protected as possible. All of my eggs arrived in perfect condition. We ordered 12 lavender americana’s and are very excited to see how many we get to hatch oh, hopefully all of them. I absolutely recommend Three Little Blackbirds to anyone wanting to order quality eggs for hatching and will absolutely order again.

    I can not say enough good things about ordering eggs from Three Little Blackbirds!
    I ordered eggs in the Fall and only got half my shipment due to the ladies not laying as much! I was so excited to get the rest of my order tonight as I patiently counted down the days for the email they were on their way! Not only did they arrive in a couple days after the email but I got some extra eggs and some beautiful herbal mix for the nesting boxes for waiting!!! If you want beautiful quality hatching eggs and a great person to work with, I suggest ordering from here!!!

They were so very helpful in steering me to proper nutrition and what methods work best for my coop.     I have never waited with such anticipation of anything in my life!!! Well …. ok my grandchildren are an exception!! I ordered hatching eggs in February and when the postman rang my doorbell with a box in MARCH, and I saw the THREE LITTLE BLACKBIRDS LOGO I think my heart fluttered!! I opened the box and the sweetest little colored eggs wrapped in bubble wrap, nestled in a honeycomb shape, underneath the black check tissue paper appeared!!! Such precision in their wrap! The beauty on the inside of the packaging took my breath completely away! Very impressive packing & shipping!!! THREE LITTLE BLACKBIRDS ….. I applaud you for the job that you do! From ordering to receiving ….. it was perfect! I personally read her blog, learn all that I can about what they do with their chickens and then attempt to do things here with the same heart that they do there! Thank you….. I am sooooo pleased with my 14 eggs to hatch soon!! The beauty that you guys live through your farm is so life giving!!! Keep on moving and doing life well.

    This is the 2nd time I have ordered hatching eggs from TLB. Both times I have been extremely pleased. I just ordered 12 FBCM eggs and received 14, which are currently in the incubator. I had a successful hatch with my first order and I’m expecting the same with this current order. They are individually wrapped and both times arrived in perfect condition. The egg color is exactly what I was looking for. All of their products are high quality and I highly recommend them.
