How to order (Deluxe Kit, Simple Kit, and Stamping Kit): After adding your chosen kit option to your cart and completing your checkout, you will be able to upload your high-resolution logo file. We accept image files (.jpg and .png) and vector files (.eps and .ai). Resolution should be at least 300 dpi for best results. You do not have to upload your file immediately after purchasing, but you will have the opportunity to do so. You can come back to the “my account” page at any time and click on your order and upload your file. We strongly suggest you create an account with us (rather than checking out as a guest).
Please make sure your logo file is black and white only (desaturated/no color). After you have placed your order and your file has been successfully uploaded to us, we will check the file to make sure it meets the required specifications and either approve it or reject it. If your file is rejected, you will have the opportunity to upload a new file. When your file is approved, we will start processing your order. Since the stamps are custom made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks processing time.
CHOOSE YOUR TWINE COLOR by putting your desired color in the notes section at checkout. Choose PINK (Peony), BABY BLUE (Azul), BLACK (Onyx), or PURPLE (Grape).
